We have started the application and registration process for summer 2021! We are excited to share with you that we will be in person again for this upcoming camp season! We are putting strong safety measures in place and planning for every contingency!
As a reminder, Camp Pegasus provides a structured and successful day camp experience with an intensive social skills training component. New This Year! Li'l Pegasus Program for 4 and 5 year olds!
For the first time ever, we are offering an ideal social-development environment for pre-K and kindergarten students with mild- Autism, ADHD, social communication disorder, and speech and language difficulties. More information HERE.
New in 2021! We have a playground for our youngest campers!
We are excited to be at our new location at Sacred Heart Academy's campus in Bryn Mawr. We will have HUGE sports fields, roomy indoor spaces, and best of all- a playground for our youngest campers!
NEW! Creative Movement and Dance
After a try out in our virtual program last year, we are adding Creative Movement and Dance to our in person schedule! Facilitated by a master's level Dance Movement Therapist, we are excited to have another therapeutic opportunity for our campers to express themselves in a creative and energetic outlet! Campers will learn to learn to use their bodies to engage socially, to self- regulate, and have physical fun safely!
Returning by popular demand- Acting/ Improv
We are THRILLED to bring this POPULAR, HIGH REWARD activity back to camp in 2021. Campers will have opportunities to sample and learn:
Charades and related non-verbal games that support reading social cues  |     Listening skills |    Decreasing scripting  |  Confidence in spontaneous volleying of speech and gestures   |  Skit writing and acting during CHOICE elective time    | Flexibility and playfulness |     ...and many more fun skills!
NEW in 2021! Field Games!
We are excited to introduce another new activity this year- FIELD GAMES! This outdoor activity will include nature walks, outdoor games and team-building activities. Field games features less formal and cooperative games such as various forms of tag, baby in the air, and red rover, among many others. This is in ADDITION to our awesome Sports activity with camper favorite Mr. Ian. Sports will now feature more ball sports than ever. Campers will learn about and practice sportsmanship playing kickball, nucom, soccer, field hockey, & football, etc. | 610-649-1080 x3
